At Brenda & Andrew Boutique, a proudly Canadian online store, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. We work with trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for customers across Canada and around the world.

Please read our shipping policy below to understand delivery timelines, costs, and procedures.


🇨🇦 Orders Within Canada

We offer reliable domestic shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location (e.g., rural areas, Northern territories).


💰 Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Canadian customers: Prices are displayed in CAD and include applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST).

  • International customers: Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


📦 Order Processing & Tracking

All orders are processed and packed at one of our fulfillment locations within 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package:

  • Confirm the delivery address and check with household members or neighbours.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Once you’ve done that, forward the carrier’s confirmation to support@brenda-andrew.com.

We must receive your report within 7 days of the marked delivery date to review eligibility for compensation.


📦 Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

  • A photo of the packing slip

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation. Please note: if only the outer packaging is damaged but the product is intact and functional, the item is not eligible for return or replacement.


✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Modifications: You may request changes (e.g. size, address, product) within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. After this, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing or transit.

⚠️ Shipping Delays & Customs Hold

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, Brenda & Andrew Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Customs inspections

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is held by customs, you will be responsible for completing any clearance steps required.
