If direct payment is not available, a store credit will be issued, minus the return cost.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items with signs of wear or damage may be declined.
💸 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the courier company chosen.

If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., goods received are damaged or incorrect), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

Average return shipping costs start from CAD $15–25, depending on your location and shipping method.

All returns must be sent to our international returns facility in China.

Original shipping fees (including express or international delivery costs) are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We’re happy to assist with exchanges. Since returning items to China can be costly, we may be able to send a replacement directly, depending on product availability.

🎁 Bundle Orders

Items sold as part of a bundle or set must be returned together.

Individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately.

🛃 Customs Delays
