1. Returns: The Procedure (30-Day Policy)

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items. The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

1.1 Initiating a Return

Before sending any product back, it is mandatory to register the return with our Customer Service Team. Please send an email to:

  • The Order Number

  • The Name of the Item you wish to return

  • The Reason for the Return (e.g., wrong size, unwanted item).

1.2 Processing and Refund

  1. Once your return is approved, our team will send you the final instructions.

  2. Always include the tracking number of your return shipment in the communication with our customer service.

  3. Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

All returns must be sent to our designated supplier address in China. Please ensure all details below are clearly marked on the parcel to prevent customs delays:

3. Complaints and Faults

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service immediately via support@brenda-andrew.com.

3.1 Procedure for Issues

A. I Received a Faulty or Damaged Item:

  • Your complete Order Number.

  • The specific item that is damaged.

  • A clear description of the nature of the fault.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

B. Shipment Damaged During Delivery:

  • Immediately take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.

  • Send this photo to our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

C. I Received the Wrong Item:

  • Your Order Number.

  • The name of the item you should have received.

  • The name of the item you actually received.

  • A photo of the received item.

⚠️ Important Note: We can only guarantee a refund, credit note, or replacement article after receiving written confirmation and instructions from our support team.

4. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently not possible.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please take the following steps:

  1. Place a completely new order for the desired item.

  2. Follow the return procedure (Section 1) to send back the unwanted item for a full refund of the purchase price.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Costs Covered by Brenda & Andrew Boutique: If the return is due to an error on our part (faulty, damaged, or wrongly delivered product).

  • Costs Covered by the Customer: In cases of incorrectly chosen size, change of mind, or an unwanted item. Costs vary depending on the courier you choose.
