3. Order Modifications & Cancellations (Changes & Cancellation)

Order Modification:

  • You may request changes (such as address, size, or quantity) within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, the order is likely integrated into the processing or shipping stage, making modifications unfeasible.

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation is possible within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this timeframe, the order cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.


4. Post-Shipment Issues (Delivery Issues)

Missing or Damaged Parcel:

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Please send us the following documentation:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging (if damaged).

  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing items).

  • A brief description of the issue.

Claims submitted after the 7-day period are not eligible for compensation.

Note on Outer Packaging: If only the exterior packaging has sustained damage during transit, but the product itself is undamaged and functional, the item will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" but Not Received:

  1. First, directly contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.

  2. Once you receive official confirmation from the carrier regarding the missing package, forward this to support@brenda-andrew.com for review.

Notifications for packages marked as 'delivered' but not received must be submitted to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
